他指出，天生式AI在制造業主流利用場景為產物design、工程制造優化、交互式庫存趨向剖析、幫助診斷題目排查、職員進職培訓、缺點檢測加強數據利用。需求做好四點： 一是選擇與營業目的分歧的場景做天生式AI利用；二是選擇適合東西進步效力；三是搭建堅實基本舉措措施和基座；四是企業的組織文明、狀態都要與之配套。
張俠提出，體系地把天生式AI利用在企業中，需求選擇好利用場景、好東西，夯實企業數據技巧，從組織職員上做好預備，早脫手，多實行，治理好風險，從事天生式AI任務，使得企業鄙人步數轉型中處在有利位置，為企業差別化競爭做好預備。
